Que Rico work with a handful of small scale potato farmers in Castile-Leon, Northern Spain where potatoes have been grown for centries high up on the majestic Castile plateau. The exceptional quality of the potatoes from this region produced the finest Spanish potato crisps. Traditioally batch cooked in Spanish olive oil and seasoned with the classic flavours of Spain, Que Rico brings the provenance and passion together to produce a wonderfully light and mooreish crisp.
