Spain has a long and proud culinary history which means it has a rich and varied palette of flavours. Jose Pizarro has created an all natural tomato sofrito sauce, which is a traditional Spanish sauce mixed with onions, garlic and sunflower oil. The result is pure flavour that can be easily added to any dish or served with soft white cheese as part of a tapas spread.
